How Long Does It Take Customer Service To Respond To My Email?

Queen of Cups™ business days are Monday to Friday. We try our best to respond to all inquiries within forty-eight hours, so hold tight—we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

Do I Need an Account to Buy From Queen of Cups?

You do not need an account to buy products; however, setting one up is free and makes the checkout process faster. When you sign up, you can:

  • Check out faster when making a purchase
  • Check the status of your current orders
  • View past orders
  • Make changes to your account information
  • Change your password
  • Save multiple shipping addresses
  • If you check out as a guest, you will not see this information on our website.
When Will My Account Be Billed?

Your account is billed upon the first shipment of your order unless otherwise noted.

Is There a Sales Tax Collected?

We are required to collect sales tax, and the percentage depends on the US state to which items shipped.

Can I Track My Order?

If you checked out as a guest, you would receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If you create an account with Queen of Cups, you can track your order in the account hyperlink area.

Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

Any changes or cancellations to orders must occur within twenty-four hours of placing the order. Please email customerservice@qocbeauty.com

A Note From Our Ops Team

While we continue to navigate and respond to current events, Queen of Cups is committed to making the safety of our employees and customers a top priority. As we fulfill orders and process returns at our warehouse, increased safety precautions are taken, and we are doing everything we can to get your orders shipped on time.

Do You Ship Outside the Us?

We currently ship only to US addresses, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories. We do not ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses.

I Received a Damaged Product. How Should I Proceed?

If there is an issue with an item, please let our Customer Experience team know by sending an email to customerservice@qocbeauty.com as soon as possible. We will resolve any problems as quickly as we can. Please include as many details as possible.

Do I Pay for Returns?

No, you do not pay for refunds.  Shipping and taxes are not refunded.

How Can I Tell When My Return is Received?

A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your return is processed.

What is the Product’s Shelf Life?

Two years.

How Long Do the Products Last?

It depends on how often you use the product. There are thirty wipes, so one package will last one month if used once a day.

Is Lip Lightning™ for All Skin Types?

Yes, Lip Lightning™ can be used by all skin types.  Lip Lightning™ was formulated with sensitive skin types in mind because we also have skin sensitivities.  

Where Are the Products Made?

Lip Lightning™ wipes are assembled and filled in the USA with some components coming from international locations.

Queen of Cups™ masks are imported from China.

May I Flush the Lip Lightning™ Wipes?

Please do not flush any wipes.  Even the biodegradable wipes can clog the public sewer drains and might end up in the ocean. They should be disposed of in a waste bin or composted.

How Should I Use Lip Lightning™ Wipes?

Lip Lightning is the first-ever exfoliating lip wipe. Safe and PH-balanced for everyday use, use one lip-shaped sheet to swipe your lips clean, rubbing gently to exfoliate.  Don’t forget your upper and lower lip area where you swipe again to leave the product behind, taking advantage of hyaluronic acid to moisturize the delicate skin in and around your mouth.  We suggest using your favorite lip balm or Vaseline as a final step to protect your lips.

Lip Lightning wipes are made especially for the lips on your face.  Please don’t use Lip Lightning around the eye area or on the delicate skin in your “intimate” areas.

Why Was Lip Lightning™ Created?

The lip area is particularly susceptible to environmental damage from pollution, smoking, and UVA/UVB Blue light.  Dehydration, stress, and the drying ingredients in some lip products can make our lips look visibly chapped, even older in appearance.  Lip Lightning™ addresses the problem of dry, flaky lips, leaving behind smoother, fresher looking lips with improved barrier function and hydration. One berry-flavored swipe will change the way you think about lip and oral hygiene.

Does Lip Lightning™ Contain a Fragrance?

There is no fragrance added, but Lip Lightning contains a berry food flavoring. 

Are Lip Lightning™ Wipes Tested on Animals?

No. Lip Lightning™ wipes are not tested on animals.

What Are the Ingredients in Queen of Cups Beauty Products?

Water (Aqua), Glycerin, Polyglyceryl-3 Laurate, Heptyl Glucoside, Xanthan Gum, Sodium Benzoate, Flavor, Potassium Sorbate, Citric Acid, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Fruit Extract, Aloe Barbandensis Leaf Juice, Macrocystis Purifera (Kelp) Extract, Decyl Glucoside, Avena Sativa (Oat) Kernel Extract, Sodium Hyaluronate, Tocopherol.

Does Lip Lightning Contain Preservatives? What Are the Preservatives Used?

All products from Queen of Cups™ are safe and fresh and made without parabens or phthalates.

The preservatives used in Lip Lightning are sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate.

Have the Products Been Tested for Safety?

Yes, all Queen of Cups™ beauty products are tested in a third-party laboratory for safety and sensitivity.  There are additional tests with each batch to ensure no microbial contamination.

Queen of Cups™ 100% cotton masks are all tested for pH, formaldehyde content, odors, and forbidden chemicals and dyes.

Sustainability

Is Queen of Cups™ a Sustainable Brand?

Queen of Cups™ uses sustainable processes, materials, and ingredients, balancing conservation with efficacy.

  • Lip Lightning™ wipes are made from plant material and are 100% compostable and biodegradable. The wipes have been certified by TÜV Austria to use the “OK Compostable Home” mark.  And by Vinçotte to use the “OK Biodegradable Soil” mark. 
     
  • The manufacturing plant that produces Lip Lightning™ wipes is a certified EPA “Green Power” Partner and offsets 100% their energy needs by purchasing wind credits. 
     
  • The film that holds the wipes uses 7.5x less plastic material than a standard 2oz polypropylene skincare jar and cap. 
     
  • Face masks are 100% cotton fabric and re-usable and washable.  We recommend washing in cold water and gentle detergent to save energy and reduce shrink.
     
  • The shipping boxes we send to you use are sustainably sourced and 100% recyclable.
